Adult Fitness & Nutrition
All of our training is personalized to your fitness level & goals. We pride ourselves in our athlete & adult training programs being the best in Utah for you to get fit and love it! When you become a member, you are family & our house is your house. Our adult group training is Mon-Fri at 6AM but if you can’t make it at 6AM you are welcome to come in at your convenience, anytime during the day, and do the workout!
