WHAT DO WE DO IN OUR ADULT TRAINING SESSIONS? We take the most functional movements and turn them into your daily workout to help you get the most out of life. We teach every movements proper technique to prevent injuries and teach you the whats, whys and hows for each movement. Wether you are new or have been training your entire life you will be motivated to become better than you were yesterday. We believe in muscle deviation, which means that we never do the same workout twice. (Hallelujah)
All of our training is personalized to your fitness level & goals. We pride ourselves in our athlete & adult training programs being the best in Utah for you to get fit and love it! When you become a member, you are family & our house is your house. Our adult group training is Mon-Fri at 6AM but if you can’t make it at 6AM, 8:30AM & 6PM you are welcome to come in at your convenience, anytime during the day, and do the workout!
