PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal training is the best training you can get for you to progress the fastest and reach your goals, overcome pains or fears and get results the fastest without injury. OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP ONLY:  All of our memberships are open gym memberships with the option to include nutrition &/or fitness programs to give you the direction you need in the gym.  For the beginner to the experienced. Members are welcome to use the facility & recovery room Mon-Sat 5am-11pm. The gym includes free weights, 5 fully stocked squat racks, and many more machines & equipment.

ADULT FITNESS WORKOUTS: In addition to our OPEN GYM you can enjoy our training program for a small monthly fee. Train, lose weight, get in shape & maintain a healthy lifestyle, increase overall strength through a combination of athletic based training, bodybuilding, plyometric training, Olympic lifting, functional fitness and more.  Starts at $35/mo for access to the workout programming posted. $50/mo non-AA members.
